The Highlands

The Highlands shopping complex is a large commercial property located in Ohio County, West Virginia. Located along Interstate 70, the project is divided into numerous retail, retail support, entertainment and office areas. Anchored by Cabela’s at the north end of the site and a Cabela’s distribution center at the south end, the easterly portion of the project contains a Target retail store, J.C Penney, Marquee Cinema and the “Power Center” retail shopping area. The Power Center includes Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels and other large retail stores.
