John R. LaBelle

John R. LaBelle, AIA, NCARB, CFM

Licensed Architect with extensive experience in building owner representation from project management to executive level responsibilities in the design, construction and facilities management of commercial buildings.

Has represented owners for 16 years in the gaming and hospitality industry and 14 years in the insurance and banking industry. He has 18 years’ experience working directly for prominent architectural firms on a broad variety of projects, holding a variety of positions including those at the executive level.

Skilled in establishing owner construction project programs ranging from and including the establishment and management of large Capital Programs, to the establishment of Design and Construction Teams and management of construction Projects from Programming, Design, Execution, Startup and Turnover.

In addition to his Design and Construction experience he also holds the credential of Certified Facility Manager (CFM) through the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA) with experience in Facilities Management of large commercial facilities.

His professional affiliations included the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Connecticut Society of Architects (CSA), American Bar Association (ABA), Connecticut Building Officials Association (CBOA) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). He served with the Connecticut Army National Guard 1109th Transportation Division.
