The 580,000sf U.S. Federal Courthouse in Miami, Florida is constructed in two towers rising 14 floors, with a “circulation bridge” at levels 6-14. The structure houses 12 District Courtrooms, 1 Special Proceedings Courtroom and 1 Multi-Defendant Courtroom with space for future District Courtrooms. The total project cost is $137 million with a construction budget of $112 million.
