Duggan School

The Duggan School project is a new elementary school in the city of Waterbury, Connecticut. The Project consisted of abatement of hazardous materials preceding demolition, demolition of several existing buildings and a portion of the west end of the existing school building to remain, renovations and improvements to the existing building, an approximate 26,000sf addition to the existing building and site development including the construction of retaining walls, walks, drives, parking areas, playing fields, and related elements.
