CPM specializes in the identification, preparation, presentation, evaluation and resolution of changes, claims, and construction disputes of every type.
When preparing a change or claim, we fully develop the range of issues, determine the scope and value of entitlement, and present the most compelling argument.  When evaluating of a proposed change or defending a claim, we know the written and “unwritten” rules that allow us to dig deep in ways that separate real equity from wishful thinking.
We understand the issues from all sides.  Members of CPM are panelists with the American Arbitration Association and are experienced in deciding the outcome of the very types of cases we present.  We are experienced in testifying in court, before arbitration panels, in mediation venues, and to other adjudicative bodies.
