100 Cambridge Street

A 22-story state office tower, 100 Cambridge Block underwent a $190 million total redevelopment. Virtually every building system was upgraded or replaced to eliminate former environmental concerns and to meet the needs of today’s technology-intensive offices. State-of-the-art telecommunications systems were designed for fit-up of 254,400 sf of state agency space in the renovated building. The project was completed on a fast-track 20-month schedule.
